KOZA-KZS-WB-50 Collaborative Case-packing Robot Workstation (50 kg)
KOZA-KZS-WB-50 is a collaborative case-packing robot workstation in the KOZA KZS series (Heavy-duty pedestal type · 50 kg). The cobot handles up to 50 kg over 1780 mm of travel and packs at up to 8 pcs/min into cartons up to 600 × 500 × 450 mm. It is a pedestal-mounted robot with a separate main unit and electrical cabinet, runs on single-phase 220 V, stores recipes and starts out of the box; mechanical collision detection keeps it safe, and guard rails or light curtains can be added. It picks incoming products and places them into cartons, and together with case erectors, case sealers and KZS palletizing workstations it forms a fully automatic erecting, packing, sealing and palletizing line for food, tissue paper, beverages and spirits, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals and electrical / electronics.
